I've spent 15+ yrs in the Tech Industry, working my way up the ranks while focusing on work life balance, raising a family and working on my "areas for improvement".  When I learned how to pull my natural GREATNESS FORWARD and acknowledge my fear was not real, my dreams became my reality!  I want to help other women in all industries, and in walk of life find their GREATNESS and bring it FORWARD.
